Approximately 46 KM Southeast of Fort McMurray, the Hamlet of Anzac is strategically located within minutes of Nexen’s Long Lake and

Although mobile work camps have been set up at each site to house some employees - Senior Executives, Engineers, Managers, etc.

typically stay in Fort McMurray and navigate the single lane, undivided highway to and from the site everyday. Although commute times

often exceed an hour due to heavy traffic and poor driving conditions, these more senior employees are not willing to live in the work camps

and typically are housed in small motel and hotel rooms, often without a kitchen. Because of the substantial work shortages in the areas,

employers are left paying daily per-diems for food and travel on top of the excessive nightly hotel rates. Being very conservative at

$150.00/night for a hotel room and $100/day food and travel allowance, companies are investing $6,975.00/mth per employee to keep

them in a hotel room more than an hour away from the project.

Lucid’s Gregoire Estates will give companies a beautiful, spacious property to keep their higher level management within minutes of their project.
